Codes of Conduct
Codes of Conduct
Stahl’s Code of Conduct policy is implemented internally and throughout the supply chain. Our Code of Conduct for Employees outlines what we expect of all our employees. To establish and maintain our reputation and to provide high-quality services to our customers, integrity is crucial. Through a whistleblower policy employees can report suspicious behavior that could conflict with our Codes of Conduct discretely and with all protection necessary. Stahl’s Business Code of Conduct defines how we are committed to the highest standard of social and environmental responsibility and ethical conduct and we ask our business partners to comply with these important principals.
"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”This Benjamin Franklin-quote is a guiding principle at Stahl. As an innovative company in chemicals and leather, personal growth and knowledge are pivotal to us. For example, our international management program that was initiated in 2013 and extended after the Clariant Leather Service Business acquisition in 2014, will continue until 2019. At that time, about 200 employees in middle management from around the world will have completed this training that focuses on leadership and general management skills. In order to expand upon this program, follow-up master classes will be organized until 2019.
