What is your personal vision on innovation?
“Innovation is creativity taken into action by conceiving new products or improving existing ones. Fulfilling the new or unknown needs of the client in an efficient way. Innovating is the right to exist for R&D. At Stahl, we are truly committed to innovation. Our research and application teams are continuously adapting to new market criteria and look ahead to what the future demands.”
How does innovation take place within Stahl?
“We look for new solutions on a daily basis. By sharing information and ideas, innovation truly is a process of a multidisciplinary working group. The best product is the result of the little steps we all take together every day.”
When you think about innovation, what is your dream scenario for the future?
“My ideal scenario is a society where creativity and love for science are encouraged. I am looking forward to the future as it is a bright one. Kids right now have a lot more information and opportunities at their disposal. I would like to see a world in which this translates to better use of resources, sustainability and products made from new materials that truly suit our needs. I truly believe in our messaging: “If it can be imagined, it can be created.”
