Our global presence enables us to work with many different people around the globe. In Germany, for instance, we employ over 25 different nationalities. Business Partner Code of Conduct

Our code of conduct for business partners calls on them to respect all anti-discrimination conditions and regulations (national and international) unconditionally. We expect suppliers and business partners to take a proactive, responsible and honorable approach to establishing and maintaining the standards set out in the Code of Conduct.

GRI standard Non-discrimination

According to the GRI standard Non-discrimination, an organization is expected to avoid discriminating against any person on any grounds, including avoiding discrimination against workers, customers, partners or any other stakeholder.
