1. How long have you been with Stahl? What first attracted you to the company?
I have been with Stahl since January 2025. What persuaded me to make the switch was Stahl's strong commitment to investing in its employees and putting them first.
2. What is your role? Can you share an interesting fact about the work you do?
In my role within the finance department, I am responsible for ensuring that invoices are processed and paid promptly, as well as continuously overseeing Stahl's financial performance.
3. What do you like most about working at Stahl, and what are the biggest challenges?
I appreciate the friendly and welcoming environment here. From the start, I felt well-supported and quickly integrated into the team, making it easy to feel like part of this great company.
4. How does your work support Stahl’s purpose: Touching lives, for a better world?
Thanks to the flexible working hours and the option to work both from home and on-site, I am able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
5. If you were CEO of Stahl for the day, what would you do?
If I were CEO of Stahl for the day, I would aim to explore as many departments as possible, speak with a wide range of colleagues, and gain a thorough understanding of the work in each department.
